Return & Exchange Policy

At DIBO, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges for store credit. Please review our policy below for details.


Returns

If your item(s) have all tags and labels attached, remain unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and are within our 15-day return period, you can initiate a return request through our return center.


  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you a confirmation email.
  • Your return request will be processed within 2-3 working days, provided the items meet all return criteria.


To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.


Refunds (Store Credit)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund as store credit to your DIBO account. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • Please note: We do not offer cash refunds—only store credit will be issued for returns.
  • Store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. 


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item(s), the same conditions apply:

  • Items must have all tags and labels attached, be unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled.
  • You can initiate an exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order through our return center.

Once your exchange request is approved and we receive the returned item(s), we will process your exchange. You will receive an email with a tracking ID for your exchanged item(s).

  • Please note: Exchanges can only be made once per order.
  • If there is any damage to the products, we require an unboxing video at the time of delivery to validate the claim.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Additional Notes:

  • Orders that have been processed cannot be canceled.
  • All returns and exchanges will be handled as store credit only.
